Terms of Service

4.1 Guest Conduct

• Guests are expected to behave in a manner that is respectful to staff and other guests at all times.
• The hotel reserves the right to remove guests who engage in disruptive, abusive, illegal, or disorderly conduct without refund.
• Noise must be kept to a reasonable level. Quiet hours are enforced from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
• Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas including guest rooms. Designated smoking areas are available on the premises. A cleaning fee of up to USD 250 will be charged for violations.
• Pets are permitted in designated pet-friendly rooms only, subject to a pet fee and applicable policies. Service animals are always welcome.

4.2 Room Occupancy

• Rooms may not be occupied by more than the maximum number of guests stated at the time of booking.
• Unauthorized guests or visitors in rooms beyond registered occupancy may result in additional charges or removal from the property.
• Subletting, assignment, or commercial use of guest rooms is strictly prohibited.

4.3 Damage & Liability

• Guests are liable for any damage caused to the hotel's property during their stay, including rooms, furnishings, equipment, and common areas.
• The hotel reserves the right to charge the credit card on file for costs incurred to repair or replace damaged items.
• The hotel is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of guest property. Guests are advised to use in-room safes and lock their rooms when away.
• The hotel's liability is limited to the room rate paid for the night in question, except where prohibited by law.

4.4 Facilities & Amenities

• Use of hotel facilities (pool, gym, spa, etc.) is subject to published operating hours and facility-specific rules.
• The hotel reserves the right to close or restrict access to facilities for maintenance, safety, or other operational reasons.
• Guests use recreational facilities at their own risk. Children must be supervised by an adult in all recreational areas.

4.5 Parking

• Parking, where available, is provided as a convenience and is at the vehicle owner's risk.
• The hotel assumes no liability for loss, theft, or damage to vehicles or their contents.
• Parking fees, where applicable, are charged separately and are not included in the room rate unless specified.

4.6 Prohibited Items

• The following items are strictly prohibited on the premises: illegal drugs, unauthorized weapons, flammable or explosive materials, and any item that poses a risk to safety.
• Cooking appliances (e.g., hot plates, electric grills) are not permitted in guest rooms.
• The hotel reserves the right to inspect rooms where prohibited items are suspected, in compliance with applicable law.

4.7 Intellectual Property

All content on the hotel's website, mobile app, and marketing materials is the intellectual property of Ikat Villa and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.

4.8 Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the hotel is located. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

4.9 Amendments

• The hotel reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. The current version will be posted on the hotel's website and available at the front desk.
• Continued use of the hotel's services following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
