Booking Policy

This Booking Policy applies to all reservations made directly through the hotel website, mobile app, telephone, or any authorized third-party booking channels. By completing a reservation, guests acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

1.1 Reservation Requirements

  • A valid government-issued photo identification is required at check-in.
  • A valid credit or debit card is required to guarantee all reservations. Prepaid cards may not be accepted.
  • Guests must be at least 18 years of age to make a reservation. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
  • Room rates are quoted per room, per night, and are subject to applicable taxes and service charges.

1.2 Check-In & Check-Out

  • Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM (noon).
  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may be subject to additional fees.
  • Guests requiring guaranteed early arrival should book the room for the preceding night.
  • Express check-out is available. Guests should notify the front desk of their preference upon arrival.

1.3 Room Rate & Payment

  • All rates are quoted in USD and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
  • Full payment or a valid credit card hold will be collected at the time of check-in unless a prepaid rate has been selected.
  • The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the credit card for the full amount of the stay plus an incidental deposit prior to or upon check-in.
  • Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and cash.

1.4 Special Requests

  • Special requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
  • Requests for accessibility accommodations should be made at the time of booking to ensure appropriate arrangements.
  • The hotel will make reasonable efforts to accommodate special requests but is not liable if requests cannot be fulfilled.

1.5 Group Bookings

  • Reservations of 5 or more rooms are considered group bookings and are subject to a separate Group Booking Agreement.
  • Group bookings may require a non-refundable deposit and are subject to specific cancellation terms.

1.6 Rate Confirmations

  • A booking confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at the time of reservation.
  • Guests are advised to retain their booking confirmation for reference upon check-in.
  • In the event of a discrepancy, the rate confirmed at the time of booking will be honored, subject to verification.
