Cancellation Policy

The following cancellation terms apply to standard reservations. Promotional, non-refundable, and advance-purchase rates are subject to different terms disclosed at the time of booking.

2.1 Standard Cancellation Terms

  • Reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date (by 11:59 PM local hotel time).
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to one (1) night's room rate plus applicable taxes.
  • No-shows will be charged the full cost of the reservation unless otherwise specified at the time of booking.

2.2 Non-Refundable Rates

  • Certain promotional rates and advance-purchase fares are fully non-refundable from the time of booking.
  • These rates are clearly marked as "Non-Refundable" during the booking process.
  • No refunds will be issued for non-refundable reservations regardless of the cancellation reason.

2.3 Modification Policy

  • Reservation modifications (change of dates, room type, or occupancy) are subject to availability and may result in a rate adjustment.
  • Modifications made within the cancellation window may be treated as a cancellation and rebooking, potentially incurring cancellation fees.
  • Modification requests must be submitted directly to the hotel or through the original booking channel.

2.4 Group & Event Cancellations

  • Group bookings of 5 or more rooms are governed by the terms of the signed Group Booking Agreement.
  • Event space and banquet cancellations are subject to the terms outlined in the Banquet Event Order (BEO).

2.5 Force Majeure & Extenuating Circumstances

  • The hotel may waive cancellation fees at its discretion in cases of documented emergencies, natural disasters, or government-mandated travel restrictions.
  • Supporting documentation (e.g., medical certificate, official travel advisory) may be required.
  • Decisions on fee waivers are made on a case-by-case basis and are at the sole discretion of hotel management.

2.6 Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Processing times may vary depending on the guest's financial institution.
  • The hotel is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banks.
