What time is check-in and check-out?
Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM (noon). Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability, and may be subject to an additional fee. Please contact the front desk in advance to make arrangements.
Is a credit card required to make a reservation?
Yes, a valid credit or debit card is required to guarantee your reservation. The card will be pre-authorized for the full stay amount plus an incidental deposit upon check-in. Cash payments are accepted at check-out where applicable.
What is your cancellation policy?
For standard rate reservations, cancellations made at least 48 hours before your arrival date are free of charge. Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a charge equal to one night's room rate. Non-refundable rates cannot be cancelled or modified. Please review the rate details at the time of booking.
Is parking available at the hotel?
Yes, parking is available on-site. Self-parking is included per night. The hotel is not responsible for damage or theft of vehicles or personal items left in vehicles. Please contact us for availability during peak periods.
Do you offer airport transfers or transportation services?
Yes, we offer airport shuttle service to and from Tashkent International Airport. Transfers must be pre-arranged at least 24 hours in advance. Transfers are made in a private car service. Please contact us at least 48 hours prior to your arrival.
What is your policy on smoking?
Our property is entirely smoke-free. Smoking is prohibited in all guest rooms, public areas, and indoor spaces. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available near the entrance. A deep-cleaning fee of up to USD 200 will be applied to any room where smoking has occurred in violation of this policy. This policy also applies to e-cigarettes and vaping devices.
